The Answer to ALL Your Problems

This is going to hurt. The answer to all your problems is the common denominator in all your problems.

You.

You invited it, you self-sabatoged, you avoided the responsibility, you pretended it wasn’t real, you went against your gut, you didn’t try, you didn’t say no, you didn’t say yes, you chose to ignore it, to not work through it, to pretend it’s what you wanted, to believe it wasn’t your responsibility.

You are the common denominator.

So be honest. What part did you play. I can tell you right now, this is a hard one to acknowledge. Maybe you needed the lesson, maybe the drama helped you avoid something else, maybe you were bored and wanted excitement, maybe you needed something or someone to blame, maybe you were waiting for the other shoe to drop. The answer is there if you are honest with yourself.

You don’t have to tell the world. Just look at the open wound. You won’t die, but it will sting like hell.
